Are these nymphs??

Hi all, I've recently aquired some discoids and noticed these guys in the tank (one week later.) Could they be nymphs, or just something that's been laid in the compost?!

You are right. Those are indeed nymphs. Care for them well and they will soon be adults making babies of their own. :)

Can I put them in the adults' tank?

Yeah, they'll be just fine living with the adults. If you have any substrate at all they'll probably burrow into and hide most of the time. But they'll grow up quickly.
